my favorite cleanser for hormonal acne!
my go-to cleanser! I struggled with SO MUCH ACNE + REDNESS before this cleanser! So much so that I was prescribed an oral antibiotic to help with it. Unfortunately, the oral antibiotic gave me a very bad upset stomach, so I switched to topical treatments! This cleanser + the Dr. G R.E.D. blemish cream saved my skin! I've repurchased this cleanser a few times because I love the way it lathers. A little goes a long way, and the bottle will last you about 2-3 months depending on use! I wash my face 2x a day for reference. The only 'con' I could possibly think of for this cleanser is that it smells kinda....earthy? Some people may not like it, but TBH I'm not exactly breathing in my nose when I'm scrubbing my face in the shower, so it really doesn't bother me! 10000/10 product, pls use it if u have acne like me, especially around the sides of the face/cheek area!

Not if you have dry skin
It’s a good cleanser if you have normal or oily skin. It was too stripping for my dry and sensitive skin, but it was not irritating. I’m much happier with the skin fix salicylic acid cleanser instead.

Wonderful cleanser
This cleanser gets my face clean without over drying. Generous size especially since only a small amount is needed. Foams beautifully, rinses easily and has light, beautiful scent.

Thick, creamy, exfoliating and soothing Korean skin care that is great for acne prone skin.
In short, the is another great Korean skin care product. The formula is thick and creamy so not much is needed to clean your face. It’s loaded with exfoliants and botanicals including Cica and green tea, making it perfect for acne prone skin. More details follow. My Cica Cleanser was packed in a Round Lab-branded box about 2 x 2 x 7 inches. Branding was in both English and Korean. On the back of the box were the list of ingredients that matches that posted on the Amazon product page. I’ve included that list anyway at the end of my review. I found the formula to be hydrating, exfoliating, soothing, and non-comedogenic, obviously designed for acne-prone or sensitive skin. There were no objectionable or concerning ingredients in my opinion. Inside was the 50ounce tube of product. Instructions on the box and the tube are to take a small amount, later into a thick foam and massage into the entire face before rinsing with lukewarm water. I used the product as directed. The cleanser is thick and it nearly extrudes from the tube similar to toothpaste. The formula is white and has a fresh, vaguely floral scent. I can detect a slight cica scent, but it is not as prominent as other cica products I have used. Because the formula is thick it only take a small amount to work into a thick rich white foam. This foam stayed thick and stiff (in a good way) even as I massaged it into my face. I was able to massage it well, even close to my eyes, which is very unusual for me and tells me its must be very “tear-free” and low on phosphorous compounds. The foam rinses off clean. It didn’t dry my skin, but it did leave my face feeling a bit stripped—which is expected given it is designed for acne prone, perhaps oily, skin. Given the formula and intended use, I started using this on my shoulders, upper arms and upper chest which can be prone to acne. Results have been positive—I believe this cleaner has help to calm and sooth my skin in these acne prone areas. Overall, I am super-pleased with this product. It does exactly what it claims to, doesn't hurt my very sensitive eyes, and given how concentrated the formula is, I think the price is reasonable. *Ingredients | Water(Aqua), Glycerin, Hydrogenated Palm Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Potassium Cocoyl Glycinate, Salicylic Acid, Glyceryl Stearate, Acrylates/ C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Sodium Phytate, 1,2-Hexanediol, Dextrin, Gardenia Florida Fruit Extract, Decyl Glucoside, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract, Pinus Densiflora Leaf Extract, Centella Asiatica Leaf Extract, Cladosiphon Okamuranus Extract, Centella Asiatica Extract, Butylene Glycol, Coffea Arabica (Coffee) Seed Extract, Citrus Aurantium Bergamia (Bergamot) Leaf Extract, Glycoproteins, Capryloyl Salicylic Acid, Asiaticoside, Asiatic Acid, Madecassoside, Madecassic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrolyzed Hyaluronic Acid, Sodium Hyaluronate.

My skin seem to look better. I would suggest to use hydrating things after the procedure. I use original argan oil and rose water after I clean my face with this Pine cleanser. I have very dry and sensitive skin.
