This clock looks great in my living room. I absolutely love the pendulum swinging at the bottom. I also love that the clock is silent. The quality of this clock is much better than I wouldbhave 3xpected. I hung the clock 2 days ago and it keeps perfect time so far. I would most definitely buy this clock again.

I received what I believe to be was a previously returned clock. I sensed that because the box was ripped in numerous places and heavily re-taped up, plus when I opened it I saw that there were some scratches on the frontside gold edges of the clock, and on the gold disc, plus it’s marked up a bit on the backside. Then I put the batteries in to see if the clock worked, and it did, but within 15 minutes the pendulum stopped moving. I readjusted it and it started up again, but then stopped again. I watched it all afternoon and it would not stay moving. Broken! The pendulum does not stay moving after just a few minutes so obviously I believe I was correct in my assumption that it was a returned product. An upfront company would not re-ship out a returned product that doesn’t work properly to another customer. That’s just bad business and bad customer service.
