I am a casual trainer, working out about 2–3 times a week, and these adjustable dumbbells have been a fantastic addition to my routine. There are several reasons why this product outshines other options on the market. First, the weights feature a plastic coating over the iron, which makes them much gentler on my carpet and yoga mat when setting them down. The weight adjustment mechanism is incredibly smooth and reliable. I was initially concerned that the width of the dumbbells might be an issue during bicep curls, fearing they might clank together; however, they are compact enough that I can perform curls with both arms simultaneously without any interference. Another major advantage is the weight increments. These dumbbells adjust in 2.5-lb steps from 5 lbs to 25 lbs, which is the 'sweet spot' for most casual lifters. Many competitors use 5-lb increments, but jumping from 20 lbs to 25 lbs in a single step can be quite difficult for exercises like bicep curls. Having that 22.5-lb middle ground makes much more sense for consistent progress. Additionally, I appreciate the high weight ceiling; while I use 20 lbs for curls, these go all the way up to 52.5 lbs, which is perfect for heavier movements like overhead tricep extensions. After four months of use, everything still functions perfectly and the set looks brand new. It is worth noting that I use these in my bedroom and take great care of them—I never slam them, and I am intentional about aligning the plates correctly when returning them to the base. Overall, I highly recommend these for anyone looking for a versatile and durable home workout solution.

These are excellent adjustable TYZKMY handbells, and they were delivered with care by two people ('cuz they are heavy.) We love these. It is so easy to change the amount of weight you want on them, just turn the handle to the desired weight selection, then lift the dumbbell out of its stand. I actually like these better than a pair of older BowFlex dumbbells that we've had for a while which are also nice, but were a lot more expensive, and requires more steps to change the weight settings on the old ones.) It is easier to change the weight setting on these TYZKMY dumbbells, and they are much less expensive than our old BowFlex ones were that we bought years ago. We wanted some adjustable dumbbells in two different rooms, so that the two of us (my wife and I) could work out with them at the same time. These are very effective for working out. You can use the same exercises you would do with barbells in addition to exercises that are specific to dumbbells, but these take up a lot less space in the room that they are in. The quality seems very good, and we expect these to last us for a very long time. OUTSTANDING PRODUCT--We highly recommend these!

These are so easy to use. A twist of the handle is all that is needed to adjust the weight. They are steady when in use. No worries about anything coming apart will lifting. The only problem I have with the product is there is no way to attached the base to a stand. Other adjustable dumbbell sets have a way to screw the base to a stand and these do not. Disappointing but overall a great set of weights.

Great value for the price. I got the 52.5 lb dumbbells. I used adjustable 25 lb dumbbells for a couple decades, and needed more wait. First, on the packaging, it is mercefully simple, since the box weighs 110 lb. The only packaging is a Styrofoam clam shell around each dumbbell. From nearly orientation, you just need to get the end clamshell off 1 dumbbell, then get the dumbbell out. Then repeat. The twist to set weights works really well, and is easier than my prior dumbbells for which you needed to twist the knob on each end. I like the weight gaps that fully replaces my prior 25 lb dumbbells, plus 5 lb increments from 25 lb to 50 lb. Given that these are less than 1/2 the cost of name brand dumbbells, the only note (I won't take of a star because you get what you pay for), is that the weight places are big enough and floppy enough that you have to consciously slot the dumbbell back into its hold. In this respect less forgiving than than old 25 lb brand name dumbbells. The nominal lock to the base if the handle is between weight selections is solid enough that you can move combined dumbbell and base carefully. I wouldn't trust it to use the base as additional weight, as the spacing is so narrow between the weight settings. It isn't advertised as such. I mention it because my prior dumbbells were really 20 lb dumbbells with 5 lb base that you could trust to stay engaged for some exercises. Ending on a good note, I appreciate the weights are flat on the bottom. They sit were you put them and don't roll. Especially since they need to be oriented properly to get back in the base, being flat on the bottom is great.

These are fantastic! Adjustments are easy and smooth. Holds plates in place with no rattling while working out. Haven’t had a single issue in months of continuous use. 11/10 would buy again! Quality is amazing! Perfect space saver
