Great product and worked really well in the baking I used it for.
I bought this to add to pumpkin seed flour bread. I used apple puree instead of oil and it worked really well. Thank goodness someone posted the recipe. I have ordered a couple more bottles now that I know it works.

I cannot tire of this compote. The perfect combination of acid and barely sweet, comforting and healthy, tasty and refreshing, this apple puree is not just for babies. I revendicate it for the child in all of us even past a very "certain" age.
