Soft and smooth cotton yarn with great stitch definition. It’s breathable, easy to work with, and holds its shape well after blocking. Ideal to knit cloth, hats. Slightly firm at first, but softens nicely after washing. I would not say it's the softest one but it works nicely. However, you need to be careful with the needle you use as it can split a little bit while knitting.

I prefer cotton yarn, as I like the way it moves on the needles and the finished garment is easy to care for. I like the cones, although they are getting hard to find. I worked up a swatch today and had no problems with splitting or pilling. I do find that cone yarn seems to be a bit thinner than the label claims. I have to move down a needle size to get the right gauge. This is not brand specific, just most yarns that come on cones. This brand was my first experience with cotton, many years ago and I love working with it to this day. It's the same good quality after all these years.

The yarn is beautiful ! And so much nicer to work with. I was using another brand which had a lot of knots where it was tied together So far this one is much nicer, more expensive but much nicer. I donate all the dishcloths to my church and for all the different programs we have going on.
