Works extremely well with oils

I've had the ball only a few days, but it seems to give some (but not complete) relief to tight, sore muscles in my neck.

Quality Great, cheap price 10/10

It does not stay in place on a painted surface if you try to use it on back muscles. You'll need assistance from someone to massage your back. I was sold on it when I tried it on a textured wallpaper surface and it stayed in place with the pressure of my body against it. There it worked great without assistance to go deep into muscle tissue behind my shoulder blades! No luck at home on a painted wall.

It is good to use for legs

Works wonders! I looked at a lot of different versions of these roller ball massagers, and opted to get this one because it was cheaper than most. It works great! A tad bit noisy, but still love.
