Easy to move old setup to new computer.
Much easier than I expected to move my stuff from the old computer to this new one. It was delightful.

Bought it for my wife she’s starting up a business. She absolutely loves it. I did get the wrong one. I wanted the touchscreen but regardless she loves this laptop. Thank you.

Not as expected
You know it is a laptop, works like a laptop. Just not what I expected for a $900 laptop.Quality is kind of low. Instead of metal is hard plastic. The screen is poor quality.Otherwise it’s a HP laptop and works as such.

Charging cord won’t work!
Received brand new 17 inch Laptop and the charging cord won’t even work. The laptop is at 35% power..Tried to chat with HP support and that was a joke. Tried to message the seller and that was even worse.

No warranty
I like the laptop. It's very fast for the main purpose that I got it which was video editing. There's a huge hard drive and lots of RAM. There was however no HP warranty which means this may have been a refurb. I'm not sure. There's also no built-in camera and no card slot.

Pink Ear Buds - No choice
Just received my laptop, I cannot give 5 stars as it's still charging and I have not set up. However, it came with a set of ear buds, they are pink. As this is a laptop for my husband is there anyway to get a black set?
