The products that this company sells have been altered or modified without the customer's consent, my experience with this laptop has been the worst, not just because of the elevated price but also the fact that they don't take ownership about their wrongdoings, I strongly recommend do not purchase any equipment from this company, especially their computers. Trying to get support from the manufacturer will be impossible, not even the warranty will help. Amazon should regulate more their merchants and demand them to sell original products, especially in the US
