Work great!
Great product and even better customer service. After only a couple of months of use a piece of ours cracked making it useless. Customer service immediately replaced it for us and made sure that we were happy with the purchase. We use them everyday for our iced coffees!

Too good to last
I honest love this chiller, but the side wall blew out in under a month. I followed the fill instructions, being careful not to overfill. I have also kept it on a flat shelf to avoid uneven freezing. Edit. Spoke with customer service and they promptly sent me a replacement. I am hopeful that this was an isolated defect as I really liked this product.

Works as advertised
Works as advertised, though I let my hot coffee cool first. Using it to cool room temp coffee or wine works great. I'd give it 5 stars if it was clear, so I could see how much liquid is in it. I'd buy it again.

It works good but read kinda cons
1) if you can’t wait about five minutes for an ice cold cup of coffee WITHOUT ADDING ICE don’t get this. 2) only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But 4$ 3) it has more parts then I thought it was going to but they’re not really a big pain. But it has you know a few parts four of them that you’ve got to maintain and make sure you don’t lose but they really don’t need to be put into a dishwasher you just wash them off and you put them back together again and you keep putting it into the freezer after you use it you dump it out you wash it out fill it up again put it in the freezer. But it has more parts and I was expecting a lot more. I was expecting it to have just one container and that’s it but it’s nothing like that depending on how hot the coffee is you put into it you can get 2 usages but again you’re going to wait between five and 10 minutes for the second one as well. So if you’re in a hurry and you want 24 ounces of coffee this is not what you get. This was not exactly what I was expecting when I got this. I understand the concept of it is you know pretty basic but I didn’t think it was gonna be like this I thought that it was gonna be a very large container and it’s not I also thought I was gonna be able to drink out of it and you can’t because it’s huge. It’s not meant to be drunk you have to pour into something else. But overall of course it works. The concept is simple there’s a ton of ice with a metal container and a coffee goes into it and as the ice melts the coffee gets colder. I’m not disappointed at all. Because I can wait that amount of time to get an iced coffee It works. I watched a video about it and you know it’s about 60 seconds or so they said to leave it in. To be completely honest here that’s not how it works. When I get iced coffee I don’t want any ice inside of it OK I want the coffee to be cold like it was in the refrigerator I don’t want the ice. ice waters down no matter what you get. You have to leave this there for about five minutes if you take it directly from your coffee pot and poured it. It only holds 12 1/2 ounces. But if you leave it there for five minutes or so it comes out ice cold. And depending on how hot it is you can get more than one usage out of it you may have to wait five or 10 minutes out. But if you want a cup of coffee that’s going to be cold without ice you’re not gonna get it in 60 seconds no matter what are you shaking around you know slowly in your head and swirly they said to do or to leave it standing straight you’re not gonna get it cold like that you’re still gonna have to put it over ice. So wait five minutes if you can

Good for cooling wine & spirits, NOT coffee
The ad for this reads, “The HyperChiller will CHILL your coffee in less than 60 seconds. Take the edge off a hectic morning by enjoying an Iced Coffee on the go. ” However, the instructions say, “In as little as one minute, the coffee will have cooled down by up to 130 degrees F (54 C). Pour via the spout on the opposite side of the lid into your cup and enjoy!” Per the FDA Food Code, you cannot hold food less than 135 degrees F for food safety, which is HOT enough to minimize bacteria growth. My point is not food safety or bacteria. It’s that this product will only cool to 130 F, 5 degrees less than what is required to HOT hold food. It’s simply brought coffee (typically brewed 190 to 200 degrees F for best extraction) down to 130 degrees F. If you pour fresh brewed coffee into this (previously frozen) device, wait the allotted amount of time, then pour it over ice, you better have brewed your coffee really, really strong, as 130 degree coffee poured over ice may bring it down room temperature (70 degrees F) by melting all the ice and watering down your coffee significantly. Room temperature coffee does not equate to cold or chilled coffee to me. You’re better off brewing coffee the night ahead and keeping it in a cup of your choosing (not this device) in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning the coffee should be cool (~40 degrees F) and any ice added to it should remain ice, resulting in an actual ICED coffee with a good coffee strength (not weak or watered down). For these reasons, I cannot recommend this product for coffee. It may work well for wine and spirits, cooling those down from room temperature to something cooler and maybe “chilled” in about 90 seconds.

Great Beverage Cooler - Even Better Customer Service!
I received this as a gift for Christmas and it was working great. After a few uses, I found that the outer plastic cup cracked. I contacted the manufacturer and they addressed my issues quickly and sent me a replacement. The replacement is working great and I'm very happy with the customer service for this product.

OK, this thing (the stainless steel model) is awesome. Got it for my wife, who loves her coffee but hates watered-down iced coffees in the summer, and she thinks it's great. Easy to use, chills your drink very quickly, and the steel model won't crack. If you're thinking you'll like it, chances are that you will.

Delivery was very quick- even during the covid pandemic. Really simple to set up and amazed at how fast it cools down the hot coffee! Easy to clean and holds a decent amount of liquid - enough for 3 medium sized cups of iced coffee. Great value for money, would highly recommend. Probably a good gift idea as well!

Overall it works out well. Kept it in the freezer while not in use.

I’ve had this a few days and so far so good. Cools the coffee really quickly. Exactly what I needed for my iced coffee.

I use this everyday for my daily ice coffee. The great thing about this is that it does not water down your coffee and chills it to an ice cold temperature (I usually leave it for about 10 min to make it extra cold but 5min is usually sufficient; I add cold milk to my coffee so that prob helps chill it a bit beforehand). It's easy to clean; I usually don't even open it and just put hot water from the tap into the openings and pour out the water and repeat until clear. I open it up once a week to refill the water and it's perfectly clean. Not sure about why some other chillers break as I find it well made with thick plastic and re-enforcements within the container but you MUST only fill up to the lines specified (easy to see as each compartment has a line indent on the outside of the stainless steel container that can be easily seen on the inside when filling; bent inwards from the indent). Filling any more will cause breakage for obvious reasons.
