I had a different photo frame that was impossible to use because there were so many steps in posting pictures, and there were so many steps for others to post pictures. I was not happy at all. But my daughter got the skylight and it’s so easy to send pictures to it and when I saw this one was on sale I was so excited! I ordered it right away! I have given my skylight email address to some friends and relatives and it’s so fun to see new pictures popping up on my frame. And the nice thing is you have control whether you keep the picture or not… You can delete a photo you’re not liking.Two more of my friends have also ordered one after I was so elated and excited over mine.The pictures are displayed beautifully and the timeframe is adjustable if I want the pictures to show for a longer period of time. It’s just the right size. The touch screen works slick also. It is definitely a high-quality product, and a high-quality system. I highly recommend it. You won’t be disappointed!

This is a great photo frame. It is so easy to add photos. I opted for the Skylight Plus for $39. per year - so I could add captions and display short videos. My husband loves this! His memory isn’t very good - so having the captions makes it easier for him to remember. I’ve gone through my phone and probably have sent 1000 pictures so far to the frame. It’s constantly entertaining to the both of us. My iPhone composes those “Memory Videos” and I love sending them to the app as well. I got the 10” in white and just as soon as a 15” in white is available - I’m getting that one. I like it so much that I got one for both of my daughters. The one improvement I would like to see is the ability to rearrange the photos after you have sent them to the app. I would love to “tell a story” by having photos in a natural progression.All in all, love this frame.

It started as a gift for my mom who lives out of state from her daughters to share pictures of the grandkids and family’s then I got one for me that my family agrees is the best gift and now I got one for my MIL to share. My sisters all have one now too. It’s so great to have all my pictures and memories on display in seconds. All those gems hidden in my phones photo album have come back to life. 5 stars

Had been looking at one of these for over a year and finally made the splurge - so worth it! I wanted to have family photos on display but like minimal clutter and wall hangings. This was perfect for us. East to set up and use, easy to add/remove photos. Great quality!

Gifted this to my mother-in-law and she was so excited how easy it was for her to set it up. She said she typically has difficulty with “tech stuff” but this was straight forward. We were able to start sending pics to it right away. It’s a great way to share photos and allow them to see them and stay updated ! Great gift!!

I appreciate the ease with which this works. There's no 1st generation technical jank here, this is a proper consumer product. The screen is nice and bright, it's easy to use. But there's stupid choices tied to their pro monetization. Captions are paid for some reason, so are collecting images into Albums. I'm not paying $40 / $48 a year to add captions to my pictures or organize them, and both of these should absolutely be standard. This reeks of "what can we take away to make them pay". This is already an expensive version of something that has existed for decades.The rest of the Pro features are stuff I won't use. Video playback, live doodles, cloud features, remote. These however, I would consider value add.

Ordered for my mother in law. Very easy to use. Can easily send photos to her from my phone. She lives in an assisted living facility and it's easy for her as well. Only critique is you have to keep it plugged in so she can't carry aroynd unless she has a plug nearby. Have recommended to others.
