Way too “lekker” tasty
Being from South Africa I’m skeptical on US made dried meat products - BUT these are the real thing. Difficult not to eat the entire pack in one session. Major discipline required to put it down. Great products.

Quality biltong
Biltong is the beef jerky i grew up eating… so nothing else really compares. These people do a bang up job. Expensive but worth it as a treat or a gift for someone who likes quality jerky without all the extra preservatives.

Arrived opened/tampered
My pack arrived late AND was already opened. Considering this is food, I'm not sure if this is even safe to eat. A real shame since I was really looking forward to having some good biltong.

GRISTLE
These are large pieces compared to their other products. So you know, these, specifically my order, has so much connective tissue, that once you're done separating the meat from the gristle, the larger portion is gristle. Flavor is great as usual though.
