Works great for sleep. One side affect I and my partner have notice. We take it and get sleepy after 30 mins, then get restless body syndrome and wide awake for a hour. After falling asleep, we wake up early and feeling refreshed. Is this normal? Been using this for about a year now. 4 hours of sleep feels like 8 hours but it was only a soldi 4 hours

It is not often that I take the time to give a review but this product is simply amazing. My sleep has been terrible for the past several years and this is the only supplement I have taken that has given dramatic, sustained results. I fall asleep quickly, and I no longer wake up on my own during the night. If I am woken up by one of my dogs, I immediately fall back asleep. Zero grogginess in the morning.

So far so good. The taste is good and it’s very helpful with absorbing potassium. Overall happy with this and would buy again. The size is good so it’s a good value there as well.
