Solid machine. Has tons of exercises for each area. I went with the metal rolls. Whole unit is solid, but heavy. One thing to note is using large plates can interfere with the resting place ones. Recommend using smaller diameter plates when getting weights. The self-spotting feature is awesome.

This is pretty serious gear in my opinion. We bought it for our teenager and it meets all of his requirements. Even Dad got back into a work workout routine because of this unit. It came in I think five or six boxes and has the aluminum pulleys. We actually had one problem with one of the long bars that broke after our son dropped about 200 pounds down - the safety catch held, but it was too much for the weld at the bottom, but I contacted the Seller and within a day they arranged a replacement based on all the picture documentation we provided. My boys are super happy with this unit and have used it every day. Assembly went fine - the documentation was pretty good.

I am very pleased so far with the quality of the product. I am still in the process of assembling my rack. I will update once I am finished but I just wanted to comment that you definitely need to adhere to the instructions and DO NOT tighten the bolts! I also pulled most of the equipment out of the plastic bags in came in which are labeled and i did not see that lol but have been able so far to identify everything from the parts list. ALSO you will need a helper for the higher heavier pieces. It would be nice if the instructions were actually WORDS of instruction not one big picture especially certain steps where multiple pieces are assembled at the same time. The pictures can be a bit hard to understand and hard to read with such small print, when multiple parts are assembled in 1 step. You will need a set of sockets or wrenches as those small flat ones that come with the set are useless. IT does seem to be a very sturdy set and I am excited to finish it and try it out! I will update after that! I will give 4 out of 5 stars at this point until I finish.

For the price you pay, it has everything you need. It took 4-5 boxes that were dispersedly delivered, be mindful of that before assembly but in the end it turned out great. Smith machine, cables, and free weights all in one, great on space for my garage gym

I've been using this daily for a couple months. Took a while to set up and I'm pretty handy, but worth it. I bought the aluminum pully upgrade and I think that is essential. Highly Recommend
