X9 Pro 36W Semiconductor Tablet Cooler, Magnetic/Back Clip 2in1, Compatible with iPad, Steam Deck, Surface Pro, Multicolor

I tested it using a 30W charger and it cooled very well. I used it to fix my Minecraft Head Thermoelectric Cooler.

It completes the job as advertised. If you block the fan intake on a flat surface, cooling effect dramatically reduces, it has to be suspended in space somehow if you’re cooling a non-handheld device. The grappling hooks are also way too long, but I haven’t had to use them for my purposes. It does get really cold, cold beer cold. It does create a lot of water condensation if it’s at an angle, and you don’t have granular control of the temperature, it can dramatically, temporarily hinder a battery’s ability to function on a device, no permanent damage that I have noticed tho. The performance of my devices I use this for have provably increased and I’m pleased with what I bought.

Died in 1 month use.

The magnetic function works on my iPhone, the adjusting straps work on my iPad, the lights work, the fan works, and of course the cooling works. The light button toggles 4 times controlling the light ring only, which is weird since I think the interior light colors under the fan are the dominant lights. Those lights are not controllable nor can they be turned off without turning the product off with the power button. Not a big deal, but a miss in my book. The power button btw, stars with a tap, and needs to be held down for a few seconds to power down, which is fine. When gaming it keeps my iPad from getting hot, which is the reason I had a need for this product, and I am pleased with it. The only question left is how long it will last, and for that I will need… time.

This fan is useful for managing heat when I'm using my phone in warm and sunny environments. 90% of the time heat is not an issue, but I find that when I charge my phone while also using it in a warm and sunny environment, the heat will really impact performance. This fan is easy to apply to the back of my phone and is highly effective when it comes to cooling. The effect seems to be a complete negation of heat, and I've noticed no issues when using it in some of my hotter tests. The fan is easy to charge and lasts hours on a single charge. It is slightly bulky when using my phone, but that's expected and a reasonable trade-off in my opinion for the extended life it provides my phone. It operates at a reasonable noise level, and find that I'm often using my earbuds anyway when using it.

I got this because it supposedly works well with a steam deck. What it should have said is that it needs 2 of them to cool the whole thing. It only cools the small portion that it's attached to.

This thing cools very well for my iPad. iPad get very warm when playing ps5 games. Must get this or one like it it cool looking too

stopped working after a week of on off use. now it just blows air with pretty led lights. claims to be 36w, is very unlikely. compared to another larger 40w one this is very weak. gets cold but not minus cold like the 40w one that goes down to -15c. definitely not worth the hyped up Amazon price.
