The packaging is great. Looks cool/retro, easy to handle, easy to scoop. 0 complaints. The 60 servings is based on the recommended intake - so it might be less than two months worth if you're aiming for more per day. I usually stick to the labels of supplements though, because you get a lot of these key nutrients in food, just not at the amount to achieve goals, hence this product. Beta Alanine definitely helps me with muscle fatigue, especially towards the end of a workout when each exercise before hand takes its toll. I personally don't feel any additional 'energy' boost though, with this or other beta alanine supplements manufacturers. I do like how well it dissolves, even in cold water. No taste, no grit.. perfect for throwing in your water bottle before getting into your workout, and drinking along the way. Based on metabolism, you might prefer to drink it 30 minutes prior though. Overall, I am really happy with Podium's Beta Alanine supplement. It seems to work well for me, and mixes perfectly into any drink. I would highly recommend this supplement!

It is flavorless, even then I still prefer adding it to preworkout since Im not a fan of how "flavorless" taste, but even so I havent had any headaches, upset stomach or any other bad effects from it but I have noticed small increases to my recovery but I hope it will improve and continue.

Doesn’t taste like anything, I put in my water. It gives me headaches, which is odd because I bought this due to other reviews saying it doesn’t give headaches.

I love the Podium brand. The quality of products along with the visually appealing labeling on the containers make these stand out products for me. This beta alinine is no different. You get a two month supply which is great in my opinion. Easy to use with no strong or even noticeable taste. Dissolves well in water and provides a noticeable boost to athletic performance and reducing muscle fatigue.

If you like a good niacin flush you likely will think Beta Alanine isn't kicking as hard... but it is working. Whenever I accidentally buy a cheap or discounted pre-workout I usually find they lack beta alanine- a more serious and pricey ingredient... but now I can boost any of my powders to really get the pumps. Yes, it does give you a flush feeling, to some even itchy. That is how you know you have enough in your system. I have never found it unpleasant and I really believe it boosts interval training or similar high impact short burst type exercise. I am so glad this product exists as it allows you to custom stack your ingredients to get exactly what you are looking for. Creatine, beta alanine, l-citrulline, l-arginine is a good place to start.
