Just like new, but cheaper....
Came in a plain white box, so may not make a good gift, but iPad is in like new condition. You would not know it was a refurbished item if not for a little black (easily removed) sticker. Had it for a few days now and works fine, looks great, and holds a charge fine. So far can’t ask for more, thank you seller, for being a good refurbisher and an honest seller. UPDATE: had it for a month now and still works like a champ. This is a good company and their referb'd iPads work great. No battery issues so far.

Honestly, there were two dents in the back of this one but because it was most likely pre-owned before I got it so I'm going to assume it was that. I'm an Android user, so for other Android users, the apple pen is not supported with this model. I didn't know that because I'm not an Apple user. The ipad is fine otherwise. Works as it should. Came to be deader than roadkill but fine. Easy to sign in. Back ups in the 16.0 update(or whatever it is) isn't compatible with this version. I updated it when I turned it on so it's the 15.6 whatever update as of this post. Other than that, yeah, normal iPad and everything. Just can't use my pretty new pen and I can't get my back up because it's not compatible with the 16.0 update.

One stars is being generous! Battery lasts only an hour. All of that money and you get it in excellent condition and it’s not even in good condition! DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM TO TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!

We purchased this iPad for our toddler. Since she is young and break things easily we didn’t want to buy a brand new one outright so we did our research and found this refurbished one. We were apprehensive after seeing mixed reviews but upon receiving it were extremely satisfied! It looked practically brand new, had great battery life, and a good amount of storage space! If you are in the market for an iPad and want one for a decent price I’d definitely recommend! We were extremely pleased.

Haven’t even had it a week yet, but so far it looks and acts new. Takes a charge, operates like it should. Very minor wear to the case, most wouldn’t even notice anything. I was a bit nervous buying a refurbished one, especially after reading some reviews. It’s only been 4 days but I use it a few hours a day, each day. Came with a charging cord and brick but haven’t even opened those yet so can’t comment on them. Completely satisfied as of the writing of this review.
