The product is effective when combining with biotin for a diabetic patient. But I want Amazon to refund all the money I paid for priority shipment. Because I am going to take legal action against them. I have been complaining. I always paid for PRIORITIES but you will ship as REGULAR. One of my dogs had really bad dry skin and the biting and scratching had gotten so bad, her hair was falling off and skin was bleeding. I put 2 capsules in a slice of bread with peanut butter. Gave to her daily for two weeks. Hair grew back, she stopped scratching and her skin healed. Saved hundreds on vet bill since this took care of problem. I mow give one capsule a day to all my dogs. A friends vet, recommended this to him for his dog.

I'm in my mid-forties and been loosing lots of hair. My friend had told me about this high dose Biotin product, so I decided to give it a try. I had been taking it for about 1 months and noticed fuller and healthier hair. At that point, I was very impressed with this product. During the time I was taking this product, I also had my annual doctor's appointment. They had done a blood test while I was in the office. I then received a call from the doctor's office couple days later informing me that my T3 Thyroid level had jumped to high levels. Luckily I remembered reading a blood test notice on manufactures website. I reviewed it again, and it stated that I need to stop taking biotin for 2 weeks prior to any blood test. I followed this and retook the blood test. My T3 results were normal this time around. I went back to taking biotin after my blood test results and am very happy with my healthy hair.

Having inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), I am always at a high risk for vitamin deficiencies. I realized I wasn’t supplementing biotin and was in search of a high quality supplement and decided to give this one a try. After trying it for at least two weeks daily, I do notice I am more energetic, don’t know if It is related, also my nails seemed to be in better shape. Also the price seems right so I will stick with this one and report back with a longer term review after a few months.
