it was very easy to setup and connect to pc and intalling program but the program itself is a bit harder but there are great guides to follow on manufatures website so just need a little patience and it is all good. i can really recommend this product to others.

This is a very useful tool that can easily be used by anybody. You simply install the software and start swiping cards. Within 5 minutes I was able to copy an access card and when I tested it on a door it worked perfectly. My only gripe is the Mac software doesn’t even launch it crashes when you try to start it so it only works with windows.

The reader doesn't power on when it's plugged in, however the OS recognizes it. The software doesn't work, and the website in the instructions doesn't even exist. After trying to find some maybe updated drivers or software through Google, all I could find was some empty and very shady looking Chinese websites, so no thank you. I can't tell if the device is defective, or if it's the software. But, none of the LEDs illuminate when plugged in, so I'm guessing the device was defective, even though the OS recognized the device as a USB Serial device.

using this for security cards and it works great so far, just cover it over if you are using in a warehouse
