It's an average quality Protein supplement. Not the best quality.After using for 3months didn't give good, healthy expected results.

I am doing gym for last 8 months. I am on weight loss and gain lean muscle mass. This nakpro protein isolate is very good and helps me to recover muscle. Is its easily soluble and tastes fine. Moreover good thing is about its 29 grams of protein in 1 scoop

If you're a hardcase newbie with a weak gut this isn't for you. Need some milk digesting genetics for this. Don't think they are actually selling isolate, most likely cut with cheap concentrate and milk powder
