This item is great You have to take everyday but it definitely helps your digestive system & no after taste you cannot taste it at all

Easy to Mix in any food or drink you like, No taste to it. May want to use a Blender to mix it up because it does not dissolve to well By just stirring. It leaves chunks in glass and residue . Don't know if it removes Cholesterol and fat from Foods in Body, Because I Have Not had my Cholesterol rechecked Lately. I Have Not lost any weight but of course this is not a weight loss Supplement, But if it says it removes fat from Body, Then it should help you lose weight, which I Hadn't noticed. I Have actually gained weight, and I feel Bloated and full all the time after using this. But I will still use it until it's gone which will be soon.

I tried Nutrim Oat Bran Powder and was pleasantly surprised. It mixes easily and tastes like oat water—clean and straightforward. I was concerned about a possible glucose spike. Still, I only saw a slight bump, which makes me feel better about using it regularly—a straightforward way to get beta-glucan fiber in without the heaviness of oatmeal.

Taste neutral, good delivery system as far as packet and scoop

This product appears to work. I went from 240 tot 202 total cholesterol, but the side effects from gas and some diarrhea are not pleasant. If I take the product in the AM, I usually begin to experience digestive problems in late afternoon or evening. I avoid taking it if I am going out for the evening. The same thing happens to me if I take Crestor (a statin), so your results may vary. I went on a lower fat diet about the same time I started using this. A recent MRI shows I have some arterial sclerosis, so anything to help is critical at this juncture. If you are young and in good health, I suggest working on your cholesterol (if high) ASAP if you want to avoid problems later in life. My father died from stroke/clogged arteries.

After 6 or 7 weeks of using this product my total cholesterol dropped from 282 to 191! My LDL dropped from 197 to 120 and my Triglycerides dropped from 129 to 70! I used this in conjunction with Vitaliver. The idea was to help my liver detox and my digestive system be free to digest cholesterol like it should be and do both of these at the same time.. I also ate an orange a day and took lycopene which were two other suggestions I found from others. I mixed Nutrim with yogurt and cereal and on other days orange juice. It is a very easy and sustainable plan for me. So very very thankful I don't need statins.!!!!!!! I tried them for a short time a few years ago and quickly came off because they were causing me to feel stiff and very old. I feel physically good with this and it seems to even be helping me lose belly fat. Also, really grateful to God since I have prayed about my cholesterol whole heartedly! A total answer to prayer! Feeling very free and happy!!!!!!!!!!!

Great for Cholesterol Natural & covered with FSA & HSA

I've been using this natural food product for 5 years now and it is the main reason that I can control my high cholestoral levels with out the use of drugs. It really does work. I would highly recommend it for anyone who has high cholestoral.

Find that it is expensive

The product is good. The issue was, when I received my order, there was only 1 can of Nutrim instead of 4 cans. This is the second time this happened to me. Please count the amount of the item before shipping it out.
