These are very good and you can see the difference after a few days use , I drink lots of tea and coffee and my teeth stain terribly, these strips take the stains off and make your teeth shiny. These strips are good for the price and easy to apply .

A few of the days I found they caused some pain as my teeth are very sensitive and gums. Overall got better though. Look whiter for sure, not groundbreaking but a good product

Been using for 3 days now and already noticing quite a difference in the reduction of stains and whitening. Simple to apply & stick really well. They do warn that there may be short-term gum and tooth sensitivity whilst using the prduct but so far I've not experienced this. Definitely recommend.
