Great Vegan Egg option
Eggcelent! I’m making omelets and egg sandwiches successfully with this product. One tablespoon to 1/4 cup cold water has worked great for me. I use three tbs for the omelette. plus a little extra water to thin out after wisking to spread thinner) I also add a little Scramble season. Great taste and texture.

Try this one, it’s better than other substitutes
This is best substitute I have found so far for making scrambled eggs. I was presently surprised when we tried this one. If you make them correctly most people would not know the difference.

Good but needs one extra thing to be great
Really good and egg-like IF you do one extra step not in the directions: sprinkle on a little bit of kala namak (black salt) after cooking. Otherwise the pea protein flavor dominates. Texture is pretty good, a tiny bit starchy/grainy but way better than the old school chickpea flour vegan omelet recipes. I recommend using 1 tablespoon of powder to 3 tablespoons water per "egg" needed, it's easier to remember than the ratio on the bag and turns out fine. Shake it up in a little jar with lid. Cheaper and more convenient than Just Egg.

Makes great cookies.
I was amazed. This tasted a great deal like a regular egg. Texture is very much the same as a real egg. I made the 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies with this. I think the cookies have a better taste with the substitute than with real egg.

Versatile - so much better than just a baking sub
What a great vegan egg alternative! Follow the instruction and you will be fine - they are not sus. Scrambles nicely, but I do think you need to cook longer than you think - so if your are stirring or flipping - wait a bit longer then proceed to get the true scrambled texture and look. I made french toast and it turned out fantastic - also cook longer before turning. Reheats well in the toaster. Ok, but not great as a microwaved egg scramble. Looking forward to seeing what else we can use this for where egg is the star - quiche, frittata, custard? I do think adding black salt would improve the flavor. I have no doubt using this for baking will be great and my german pancakes made vegan will be fabulous! Give this a try.

Best egg substitute for a breakfast sandwich!!

Not a good scramble substitute.
I wouldn't buy this product again because of the texture and lack of taste. It may work as an ingredient to a recipe for baking, but scrambled is not good at all.

Not a suitable substitute for the real thing.
AcreMade Plant-Based Egg Substitute, Dry Powder, Shelf Stable, Vegan, Gluten Free, Soy-Free, Low Sodium, Non-GMO, Natural Egg Replacer, 3 Grams Pea Protein Per Serving (1 pack (5.6 oz)) This stuff is not good. Look, I understand how in the current economy you may be looking for potential egg substitutes. I was. I found this. This isn't a substitute for the real thing. If that's what you're after, look elsewhere. I tried this product two ways. First I cooked with it. I used it in a recipe for some muffins. No. Bad. The muffins were terrible and they didn't hold together properly. Next I tried them scrambled. No. Bad. This was the real test for me. This was the pure product. First, the taste was way off. It had a taste that you tasted in your nose. Not quite a smell, but a... the closest word I know for it is aftertaste, but that's not right. It's a weird taste. The texture was off as well. It was kind of like wet paper. Look, I like the idea behind this product. We need more things like this. But it needs more refinement. It needs to be closer to the product it's trying to replace. As it is, I can't recommend this product, but you guys get an A for effort. Thanks for reading. I hope this review helps.
