Seems to work OK Changing the password from it's default of 1234567890 isn't exactly easy. Here's what I did.Have an ethernet cable pluged into both the modem and the 7HP150Have the 7WHP350 should be powered up as wellFor Windows 10Right Click Start, Settings, Network and Internet, Change Adapter Options, Right click on Ethernet, Disable(It didn't work for me until I disabled my ethernet adapter on my PC)Right Click on Wi-Fi, Properties, Double Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)Under IP address: 192.168.2.55Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0Click OK, OKOpen up a browser with the ip address of 192.168.2.254Log into the 7iNova adapter. Default username is admin, default password is admin. Press the Security Reset button on the 7HP150.Change password SSID to TheNameOfYour wifi networkwifi Password: xxxxxxxxxxDevice Password: xxxxxxxxxxDO NOT use the Enable Graphical Authentication, it does not work. No image appears when trying to log back in.Reconnect your PC to wifi by clicking on wifi symbol in the lower right of your PC's screen and enter your new passwordReturn the 7WHP350 back to Obtain an IP address automatically.Right Click Start, Settings, Network and Internet, Change Adapter Options (Black Font in middle of page), Right Click on Wi-Fi, Properties, Double Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), Obtain an IP address automatically, OK, OK.

The routers are extremely easy to install and the user interface (accessible through 192.168.0.1) is very responsive, much better than many other routers I had before. However, when I use my Qualcomm Atheros QCA6174 802.11ac wireless card from my Dell XPS 9360, something breaks inside the main router (7WHP550M) causing all devices in my household to become unable to connect to the internet. And yet, all the lights in the router continue to blink green. The web interface becomes unresponsive and the only solution is to unplug the main router and plug it back. The problem is absolutely reproducible and there are no logs whatsoever that the router generates. I have written to customer support ([email protected]) on March 31st 2019 and to this day (April 24th 2019) I have not received any response. Sad because I really wanted a powerline adapter that also worked as a router and this really provided the solution I was in need for. Everything else I was happy with. If you can go for another product, save yourself the pain and avoid this one.

It was very easy to set up; I use it for my basement since we have a smart TV in the basement, and also a guest bedroom, sometimes when both smart TV were up & running for video streaming, plus all the tablets, laptops & phones are in use, my in home WiFi strength were not strong enough for the basement, but with the addition of this device, we don’t have lag while streaming videos using the smart tv in the basement. A very good purchase!

Easy installation & stable signal. As a non high-tech people, that's what I want.I just plug in one adapter on a wall outlet near the router and have a network cable connect to it. And then plug in another adapter in my another room. So far, I' m satisfied with this kit.

I got this because I wanted to live stream a video game but I didn't want to buy a really long ethernet cable and put it up along my ceiling just to get it into the same room as my computer. I got this and I wasn't expecting much, but my streaming speeds are just as good with this adapter as they are when I have my computer hooked directly to my ethernet port.

I work from home a couple days a week and had been running a long ethernet cable to my office on those days since my wi-fi doesn't extend across the house with the strength I need. I bought this about 2 months ago and it has worked great for me. No more wires running across the floor. The only thing I've had trouble with is the wi-fi. I'm playing with the settings on that to see if I can improve it. But for its main function of extending my wired network, this is excellent.

I did try other brands but it didnt know work, couldnt setup other brands like this one , it is easy .

We just bought Apple TV and although our WiFi signal was strong in our house, AppleTV wouldn’t pick it up. Once I plugged the first box into my router and I the second one by my tv, it worked great. Simply down load the program and set it and forget it!

I'm very disappointed with this item. I bought it several months ago and since then I'm trying to fix it. I needed to change connection type from static to dynamic but could not. Computer says that device is not responding. I tried everything as instructed but didn't have any results. I have tried with another Wi-Fi router and it's working properly.
