This Made in India weighing scale is very good and provide all the necessary details we need in our daily life.We can monitor our weight and improve with help of this weighing scale as it monitors perfectly. Machine not working after a year and family member got frustrated due to not monitoring weight, but i got replacement in no time and new machine also working very very fine... Superb service...

Accurate weight reading, but need improvement in product quality.
The machine accurately measures weight, but the product quality needs improvement. Specifically, the plastic base makes a cracking sound when we stand on it. Otherwise, this product is suitable for those who need a decent quality, accurate weighing machine at a low price.

Good replacement
Initially Delivered item faulty with battery panel not properly supported, display lit some time but with highly wrong values. Manufacturer contacted me and sent a fresh machine which works properly. I rate this weight machine as accurate, sturdy and lightweight.

Excellent Customer Service | As per expectations
I got the product in a good shape. It was working fine - as expected. However, it started having a few technical glitch. Upon raising the issue with their customer service, they personally called me and got the details and immediately sent a replacement unit for me. It is working fine and am happy with their product as well as their service for the amount I have paid. I use it daily and multiple times a day. Battery life is good. Size is compact. Easy to setup and max weight is around 180kg.
