Not worth your money
I do not normally leave bad reviews but I can't ignore this one. I received the Guava syrup and there was a metal taste along with there was no guava flavor. I had contacted the seller twice and the seller kept referring me to the Amazon's policy on grocery items. Along with the seller encouraging me to provide my feedback under product review versus trying to work something out. I asked if they can do a replacement in case I just had a bad bottle and was denied. I do not appreciate their customer service at all. If they had worked something out with me, maybe this review would have been different. If you are looking for a good/rich guava flavor syrup and good customer service seller, this is not one for you. But do buy at your risk.

Most flavors are good but some are not
Passion fruit tastes really good. Flavor-wise and look-wise wise it looks almost like fresh passion fruit juice once mixed in water and goes great in slush and smoothies. However some flavors taste like artificial flavoring, i.e., Ted Guava tastes unpleasant and does not have Guava taste at all.

Unable to easily get help
I received this syrup on 9/12 and when I received it the bottle was dirty and top pushed down. Then after realizing bottle design was the old design I checked the Best By date which is 9/2/24, is past due date. What can I do to have a replacement on something that is not returnable? I went thru all the options and could not find a way to do it. I kept hitting dead ends. Could I please have a response? This syrup is great but can’t use this bottle!
