Simple inline blade-style fuse holders
These are basic closeable inline fuse holders that accept the more common size of those blade fuses you see a lot in automobiles. They do not accept the smaller variety. I like that they close, since it offers a little weather resistance. The closure is not tight enough to even contemplate submersion use, but I would not expect that without going for much more expensive holders.Rather than having a way to connect directly to the fuse holder, they have an integrated cable that you cut (where you want to) and strip the ends and splice into your circuit. I guess that works out reasonably conveniently.Getting the fuse in takes only a little work, but getting one out without pliers is a bit more difficult. Since I don't want the fuses coming out unless I need to replace them, and I expect something is wrong when I need to replace them, I think that's the way it should be.

Came off in the wash
I used these to fix the drawstrings on some pants and shoes but they came off after a few washes. The process was easy enough and you can use any kind of lighter to shrink the material. I will try this again but I thought I shrunk it down enough to stay on. I am thinking about adding some fabric glue to keep it in place. If your using this for wires or cords etc it should work perfectly fine.
