It works very well

Doesn't include the middle button thingy, which means: One of the connectors doesn't need to be connected (so don't freak out), and if you actually use that, you'll be pissed. You can tell it doesn't have it by looking at the picture.Had an extra metal peg on the bottom that did not fit with my Elitebook 8460p (I removed it by putting a screwdriver in the hole and gently prying it off the bottom of the keyboard).It's cheap. I had to make some small adjustments to it, because one of the keys kept sticking until I widened the area it fits into.Made in China, like most things.

Great

This keyboard DOES fit the EliteBook 8460P laptop and it functions normally, however, there is no mouse pointer in the middle or lights up like the original. I'm assuming this is a generic laptop keyboard as it fits several models. I had to take one star for the lack of lighting like the original.Installation was a breeze, under 10 minutes for my model.

Even typing out this review is a hassle. Sure, it's easy to install, but you have to hit several of the keys just right for them to work, especially the space bar. I can't type anything quickly with this cheap thing. Looks like I need to buy another keyboard.
