Unsealed bottle
The bottle came unsealed and it was leaking in the box. Otherwise the product smells good and it looks like a Softner. I'been using the detergent for a while and I'm happy with it.

Love this, it’s very gentle and smells really nice. I was disappointed to see that I had to purchase another plastic bottle as the refill is more expensive and has the same volume of 2L?? Make it make sense. Attitude I would love to purchase a refill and be more sustainable but not at more cost for the same amount it’s silly. Great product though will continue to repurchase sadly the plastic one until this can change!

I love this fabric softener! It it smells soooooooo amazing! It’s the only thing I will buy now for my laundry. A little goes a long way and the bottle lasts a long time. I love that it is a clean product and it is not irritating to any of my families skin.
