Love this brush because it can stay safe from debris when traveling, can be used for liquid foundation by pushing the metal up, then can equally apply powder by lowering the metal. Excellent multi-purpose travel tool!

Just brush Is Fabulous and I loved using it daily.… until about three or four months in; then it started to shed. A little bit at first, and then so much that I was picking 6 to 10 brush hairs off my face with each application. If this was a product that magically replaced itself every three or four months, I would give it five stars. But because I have to purchase a new brush every three or four months it only gets three. If this company would improve the glue that holds the bristles in place, it would be a true winner.

Lo confesso: l’ho preso quasi per curiosità, pensando fosse uno dei tanti pennelli “da borsa” che fanno il loro e basta. Invece mi sono ritrovata a usarlo ogni mattina, anche quando non devo uscire in fretta. È diventato un gesto automatico. La prima cosa che colpisce è la sensazione sulla pelle. Le setole sono sintetiche ma lavorate davvero bene: a livello microscopico sono sottili, lisce, con una punta leggermente affusolata che distribuisce il fondotinta in modo uniforme senza creare striature. Non assorbono troppo prodotto (merito della struttura polimerica a bassa porosità), quindi quello che metti sul viso resta sul viso, non intrappolato nel pennello. Risultato: meno sprechi e una copertura più controllabile. La testa piatta è una di quelle cose che capisci solo usandola. Permette una pressione uniforme, sfruttando la viscosità del fondotinta liquido o in crema per “spingerlo” nella pelle senza lucidare troppo. Io lo uso con movimenti brevi e circolari: il finish viene naturale, quasi come se la base si fosse fusa con la pelle. Zero effetto maschera, anche sulle zone più critiche come lati del naso o mento. Altro dettaglio che apprezzo più del previsto: il meccanismo retrattile. Sembra una sciocchezza, invece mantiene le setole protette, pulite e con la forma intatta. Dopo diverse settimane di utilizzo e lavaggi (acqua tiepida, detergente delicato), le setole non si sono aperte né indurite. Segno che la fibra è stabile e ben ancorata alla ghiera.
