When researching the benefits of sea buckthorn I found out I am actually growing these trees and they survive very well in my high deseret zone 3/4. They were sold under the name of Sea Berries.These capsules are as bright as the actual berries and have high amounts of vitamins a & c. They are very small and easy to swallow. They help with so many things. Like taking these over eating the actual berries.

I don't feel any different
Began taking these maybe 6 weeks ago, I have noticed no difference in anything about myself. I had bought them to reduce menopausal symptoms, I had read about them on a women's blog, but these did nothing for my hot flashes. Black cohash worked wonders for hot flashes for me, however.
