I normally take 1000 mg of NAD daily, but I also started using this TRU NIAGEN 300 mg version because the price is much better. Instead of taking 1000 mg all at once, I split the dosage – sometimes twice a day, sometimes three times a day – one capsule each time. Surprisingly, the effect feels even better this way, and it saves a lot of money. The quality is very high, and the results are clear: more energy, better focus, improved sleep, and even my skin looks brighter and younger, almost like turning back 10–20 years. I have tried many different NAD products, but this one is the most stable and effective. Some people say it is expensive, but after comparing many brands, I believe it is not expensive at all considering the results. The price here is even better than directly buying from the manufacturer, which is why I always order two large bottles (90 capsules each) at a time. I have been using this product now for a month, and noticed an improvement on my "Brainfog",issues. It is a small improvement,, BUT,, it IS, an improvement. Having researched this new product, they state that "You Will See", an improvement after about a month. One will also have a little more energy, with continued use. I go to the Gym 3 times a week, and spend about 2, to 2.5 hrs.,, and certainly have a little more energy. Again, this product does work, BUT,, Always,, ALWAYS,, check with your Physician, just to make sure that this product, will have no adverse reaction with your system. For all intensive purposes, it should be OK,,, BUT,, it' always good to check with your Doctor!

YES YES YES!!!! Let's never age and feel FABULOUS!!!!!!!! I am a huge fan of NAD+ in general (have been doing the shots and drips for AGES) and this is the ONLY NAD+ supplement I'll take. I have tried others but it's like the NR/NAD isn't in there - the good stuff, you can most definitely feel it and I adore it. NO SIDE EFFECTS! GREAT VALUE for your money if health is important to you. It renews all your cells - your organs and body will LOVE you for it. I'd like to say it makes you glow, too ;-)

This is a great product and it gave me energy, help with my hair and skin, ease to swallow, easy on the stomach but the price is to much.

Works, it takes the 3 to 4 week depending ding on your age. It has helped aches and a injured knee by helping the bodies own repair shop. The hardest part is pronouncing the NICOTHIMIDE RIBOSIDE, which is the NR and part of the B3 family. Do your own research like i did. Plenty of reviews and white papers on the NR and making the molecules small enough to enter a cell wall. Normally when you are young it is made inside the cell. Hit 30 to 50 and the factory or NR shuts down.

EDIT 1/20/26: Tru Niagen reached out to me about the broken cap and offered a solution that was much more than I had expected. It's not often that you see a supplement company stand behind their product so I edited my review to 5 stars since the original rating was based on the cap issue. Original Review: Cap arrived broken despite being enclosed in a heavy duty box and shrink wrapped. This is a manufacturing defect. For something this costly I would expect better. Aside from the cap the product was fine. This is the highest potency NR you can get but it’s a “trust” based product because you will not feel any different than if you were to take a much lower dose. You just have to trust the science that your NAD+ levels will rise significantly higher than with lower doses. Prior to this I was taking 250mg per day of NR for a few months. So the question remains, should you pay more for Tru Niagen Pro vs the standard dose? If money isn’t an issue then yes, higher doses have been shown in studies to raise NAD+ levels more. But consistency matters more than potency so get whichever you can buy month after month.
