The Fruit Punch tastes really good - I look forward to this quick flavorful Energy boost. I've taken this during the day when I needed more energy and it really perked me up without the jitters. I was also able to focus better unlike when I drink coffee. The main reason why I bought this product was for a pre-workout energy boost. I started with the 2 scoops which did a good job and recently moved to the 3 scoops for intense training days. I was able to get through the intense workouts with focus and without giving up. I really like this stuff and I believe it does really help!

I have tried various BCAA's mixes over the last 7yrs....Mostly for endurance mountain bike races 4-12 hrs long. Over that time I have tried around 8 different BCAA formulations and most of them have been exclusively formatted for cyclists looking for that mix that tastes amazing at hour 1 and hour 12. My search has ended. Hands down this is the best I have ever used. This is the first mix I have found that tastes great at the end of an endurance ride. The rest of them? Couldnt stand them..only wanted water and that led to cramping. The energy mix is very moderate which is perfect for endurance sports. Most products like this overload the stimulants slamming you heart rate into the red zone. This one is spot on. Mix-ability: 5/5 Taste: 5/5 Tastes at hour 6+: 5/5 <----Only product I have rated that high. Flavor: Fruit punch 5/5 For endurance events I prefer 1 scoop/hr instead of the recommend 2 scoops. For PWO: 2 Scoops about 30 mins before workout. Bottom line if you are an endurance athlete I suggest you try this.

I take this for an energy bust throughout my day. I don’t drink coffee so the is my coffee replacement. I drink one of these in the morning right before work and it gets me through the day. Then I take one around mid afternoon and it give me energy throughout the rest of my day. These flavor taste great and I’ll be ordering more. I would recommend this.

While I can't say there was a huge difference when I took this stuff from a muscle perspective, I can say that it did keep my well hydrated and did give me a jolt of energy when taken before my workout(s). I've been working out continually for over a year and I've noticed the best results when I eat healthy and keep myself well hydrated. I have friends who swear by this supplement (alongside the amino acid supplement) so I surely can't knock it; it just didn't give me noticeable results. Pros: - It takes like fruit punch. There's some stank nasty stuff out there that's almost unbearable to drink. This stuff, however, taste pretty good. - It comes with a measuring scoop. I hate having to roam through drawers looking for a measuring table spoon. This can comes with a scoop that makes it easy to grab a serving. - It lasts a pretty good while if you follow the serving guide. For me, it lasted about 1.5 months, taking the recommended serving (I only took it when I worked out) Cons: - It does not mix in all that great. While it does mix in enough to turn the water a different color, if you let it sit for a minute or two, you'll have the mixture building up at the bottom of the glass. I usually keep a spoon in the cup so I can stir it before taking a swig. - The serving spoon is buried in the powder. While I do enjoy a good treasure hunt, I do not enjoy the scaled down version they create by hiding the spoon almost at the bottom of the can. All in all, I would say it's a good product and worthy of a recommendation. If you find yourself wanting to try a supplement, I'd suggest trying this to see what it does for you. I can say this: it really does taste great and does indeed give you energy!

This is a great product. It gives you great energy and focus. Does what it says it does. However, you need to be near a toilet when you are working out. This product will make you go to the bathroom. I WOULD NOT recommend this product if you were going for an intense run (you will have an intense run...just not the run you had in mind). Joking aside, this is a great product. Would recommend to everyone.

I was skeptical to try this product because I didn't want to feel wired. My gymrate husband was usng it and suggested it to me and now I LOVE it and don't even drink the three cups of coffee I relied on daily to keep me going. I went from 3 cups to 0 cups not even realizing or missing it. The pink starblast is my favorite so far but I am happily trying them all because they've all been great. I've tried the cherry limeade, grape, fruit punch, green apple, peach mango (a little strong for me but still a great flavor), blue raz, and vanilla iced coffee. The vanilla iced coffee I use w my chocolate protein shake and I went from dreading it to looking forward to it. Just a great product for pre workout or to start your day off. Good energy with no crash. I take it about 30 min before workouts for best results.

This product has kept myself and staff alive and working for about 18 months. Not joking, probably 20-25 people in my store use this daily for an energy boost over stomach-eating energy drinks. Absolutely love this product.

The BCAA Energy is one of my favorites so far! I'm a huge fan of the taste (fruit punch is my go-to) and it doesn't leave a gross after taste like other brands I've tried. It really helps me get through my 6am workouts. I don't get that weird buzzing feeling, which is good. I just get a sudden urge to start moving and feel motivated to do my workout (which is usually a combination of weights and cardio). I've also noticed that I don't get a crash afterwards. It helps set up my day and if I take it later in the day on a rest day because I simply need a pick me up, the feeling will just dissipate on its own and it's a gradual mellow. I absolutely love BCAA Energy and highly recommend it!

I really like the flavour but it’s very sweet. Recommended dose is two scoops but since this was my first time using a pre-workout, I took half a dose. It gave me a really pleasant energy without feeling gross or on edge or anything. I took slightly more than half a scoop the second time I used it, and it made my stomach feel a little uncomfortable. I tend to have a hard time with my stomach, usually when I eat unhealthy food, greasy food or alcohol. I weigh over 200 pounds and a half scoop was effective enough.

Great BCAA, taste good and give me the endurance to go through my workouts

I've been using this BCAA Energy product for over a year and love it. It's tasty to drink and the crystals mix well for easy drinking. The container is a great size and I can keep it in my gym bag. Price is great for the value. The product does what I need! After taking some sips prior to working out, it gets my body and mind ready to work. And the product sustains its level of effectiveness throughout my workout, with no drop in energy or mental focus. Been really happy using this product and will continue to use!
