After reading other reviews about how wonderful this product is for menstrual pain, I ordered it for my wife. Poor thing has always had the worst menstrual pain. The first time I saw her suffer this agony, she had just moved in with me (we were in our 20's). I had never seen a woman hurt so badly. I felt so bad for her I went out and put her a gift basket together! It had chocolates, Midol, a stuffed bear, and a bottle of wine. I felt like an idiot but I just wanted to do anything I could to help her. She's talked to doctors over the decades and nothing has changed. This woman can take pain too. She delivered our beautiful daughter when she was 25 WITHOUT painkillers of any kind. 100% natural childbirth, she never cried out and was so graceful with her delivery. It was amazing to see her level of bravery. And yet her periods virtually cripple her every month. I adopted the strategy that I would do whatever it takes to spare her from this monthly misery. We have used everything from herbs, nutritional supplements, drinking more water, getting more sleep, heating pads, TENS devices, and most recently she has started taking my extremely powerful muscle relaxers for help. I have to take 6 potent muscle relaxers a day for my neck and back. I retired after 30 years of competing and instructing in the MMA. These high power relaxers barely touched her pain. I never quit! I never give up. I kept looking... And then I ordered this product from this supplier. For the last two months, my wife hasn't suffered anywhere near the level of pain and discomfort as all those many long years before. As a matter of fact, her "monthly ordeal" has shortened from the better part of a week to almost less than three days. She can now go about these days with little inconvenience. Being a man, I will never know the pain women suffer from this issue, but I do know if other ladies hadn't posted their reviews about this product--I would still be searching. I'm almost 50 but I would never stop looking if she was in pain of any kind. I just couldn't stand to see her hurt the way she has all these years. Now? You better believe she is so much happier and totally thrilled with me! An unintended bonus, to be sure--but I will take it! This Wild Lettuce Extract from ZAZZEE ain't no joke! Well packaged, fine quality, super effective. We *will* be buying it every month from here on out. Helps a lot with my other pain and sleep issues as well. I even bought seeds so I could grow the stuff myself, should ZAZZEE ever stop producing this fine product.

Not Morphine.by any means but it also acts different. I'd only take it in the evening or when my bed time comes. It does make me sleepy. It probably has the equivalent of a mild opioid medication without the nasty side effects. You really forget you took it, because you feel so back to normal.

I tried wild lettuce extract from Zazee for my dadgum back, hip & leg pain. My effective dosage is 4 caps twice a day. I'm alternating with nsaid every 4th day, so as not to over do the aspirin. 4days on wild lettuce, 1 day off. After 2 weeks, I think my strategy is working. With less back pain from sciatica, I'm sleeping better which makes everything in my day a bit better. I can be more active when I'm not in so much pain. I took my turtle for a walk around the pond yesterday! Family says I'm moaning, grunting & groaning a lot less too. I haven't whined in days.

It helps my pain. Several people say it doers not help them but pain medication does not work the same way for everyone.

bought this with the hopes of managing my daily pain as an alternative to tylenol&ibuprofen.I have to say that my body did not respond at all to this "natural pain reliever".I will finish the bottle to see if building levels in my body help with overall pain relief.Maybe,in time I will be updating this review to be more positive.

I've been an opiate pain patient for over 20 years. I have severe pain in my back and radiculopathy in all my limbs. Sometimes I would like an extra hydrocodone to get me by and I heard these were comparable..they most definitely are not. They are not even close to as strong as kratom and not even a fraction as good as hydros or oxys. They are a joke. I get as much relief from these from an 89 cent bottle of aspirin. These are garbage and simple do nothing for pain..I don't mean they don't work as well as opiates, they work as good as aspirin or Tylenol. If you heard the rumors and wanted to give them a try for pain,.don't..not worth it at all. I'd like a refund. Scam!

I take one before bed and it has helped me with a more sound sleep.I wake up feeling so much more rested .
