I love my morning cappuccino, and wanted to upgrade from my dingy small manual coffee maker to this magnificent machine. I wasn't willing to pay $600+ like another famous brand, and came to Amazon. Well I found this and only spent around $245 on sale!! It arrived well packaged, came with everything except the tools to clean it but that's alright because I love the machine so much! It's easy to learn how to use, videos on YouTube and the pamphlet are easy to follow, the quality of the machine is professional, no leaking, no cheap parts, the taste of the coffee is amazing, and it looks very sleek and nice like I'm at a cafe. The value of the machine is great, and is one of the best and most looked-forward purchase of 2025/2026 I've made.

I really love this espresso machine. It’s very easy to use, heats up quickly, and the coffee has great flavor and crema. The steam wand works perfectly for frothing milk and making cappuccinos at home. It has a modern, compact design that looks great in the kitchen. Excellent quality for the price, highly recommended

it works just like the Breville version. Very similar in functionality and outcome. The grinder preset measures for the shots can be a bit hit and miss with the quantity sometimes overfilling the insert. Other than that, super easy to use and consistently high quality coffee! There was one last thing. There is a stupid red seal on the water container that looks like a gasket, but is actually a blanking seal. This could potentially destroy the machine if it is not removed before the first assembly!!

Wow! This is a horrible product. So lets start by saying the part that holds the coffee for the “shot” has a little tiny mesh filter so that the air will make it appear like its a shot with crema on top, but its not, its brewed coffee at best, pretending to be an espresso shot. Also the frother is so bad, its hard to clean, you have to take it apart every time because the milk stays under the metal top and you have to manually clean it. Thats not all! The instructions say IF it overheats do a single shot, it should say WHEN it overheats, which is every single time ever. So making disappointing coffee takes forever! I wasnt expecting anything fancy for this price point, im not insane. But there are way better made in china type cheap espresso makers that are way better. And are at least actual espresso makers not fake ones. And if you're a serious about your espresso and want something easy and consistently great get a Breville Bambino plus, its easy to use, easy to clean and fantastic quality and durability.

*2 month update* So far still great! I've had no issues with the grinder, though I do clean it every time I fully refill it. Still brewing great, I dont think its hard to dial in the beans. I've switched twice now with minimal adjustments to get it to pressure etc. I dont often drink hot coffee but the times I have its been just as good. The frother is loud and does take some practice. Was absoluty worth this over the $600 breville. I hate going out to get coffee bc 9/10 I spend $7 plus on a coffee out and legitimately think, well what a waste my coffee at home would've been better! *original review* So far so good! I was skeptical because of the price, and was having a hard time choosing between getting this or waiting for the Breville Barista Express to go on sale again. I chose the Crema supreme over this years model, the crema deluxe, because I couldnt find very many reviews, and was very skeptical of the price given it had a double boiler. Most double boiler models are around $1600 or more so the deluxe model really just seemed to good to be true, and the supreme was the safer option. I did a lot of research prior to buying in order to understand how to operate a machine of this caliber, as its not as simple as a your run of the mill keurig or nespresso. If you are wanting a push a button, have decent coffee machine, this wont be for you. There is a learning curve and it requires patience and a little wasted coffee. I have never used a semi automatic machine before. Even considering that, it only took me 2 tries to get the machine into espresso pressure range and make a decent shot of espresso. I've had lattes made with the ninja lux and I think the coffee out of this was better and less bitter. Its certainly better when you consider this machine is half the cost. The only gripe I had was I felt that the milk pitcher was comically small, and I probably will replace it eventually. The 58mm portafilter is large and I imagine it may be harder to find aftermarket accessories for it. It is also shorter than the dimensions given in the description. I have about 3 inches of clearance above the hopper under my upper cabinets that are 19inches from the counter. I am hoping with good upkeep and cleaning, which is also an every day maintenance for machines like this, will mean it will last a long time. Im not sure it will rival brevilles average of 3ish plus years but I am hoping! I will probably update at 6 months to a year as i had a hard time finding people who continued to update thier experience.

You can get a decent shot out of this thing. There is a learning curve to it as with all else, but you are not going to get what you will from the higher end machines. It is good though. Once I learned how to set up the temp that I wanted and the amount of coffee to brew, and grind level, things got somewhat better. It is a good machine, don't get me wrong. I've had better. What helped me decide on this one was the five payment system. You can't go wrong there, can you? It is a good machine though I do wish the steam wand was somewhat better. It can use an improvement.

I absolutely love my espresso machine and have nothing but great things to say about it. Several months in and it’s saved me a ton of money already. I’m also realizing that other coffee shops really can’t hold a candle to my espresso at home. My favorite part of the brewing process is the delicious crema that sits above the body/heart. Find the right espresso, specifically a finer blend and its perfection. Hot or over ice it’s a win. The steamer is great as well, only thing is I wish it was a little bit longer, at least 1/2” so I could maneuver my froth cup with a little more ease. But other than that, it was well worth the investment.

excelente cafetera, puedes preparar espressos y capuchinos muy ricos solo hay que ver todos los tutoriales posibles preferentemente en video ya que su uso requiere de técnicas y conocimiento de algunas cosas, una vez que empiezas a entender como es que se debe de utilizar se convierte en una experiencia bastante agradable.
