Optometrist recomended reading glasses. As an avid reader with no issues reading text, I disagree and certainly wasn't pating for bifocal or progressive lenses. If I needed them, I need them, but I don't. Did see an advantage to having some around for doing small detail work on electronics, reading circuit board info, etc, the kind of stuff one would often want a mangifying glass to read anyway. Going to be a lot easier to do that stuff having both hands free. Rather than paying what the local pharmacy department wants for a pair, I decided to get these and have several pairs that I can scatter around and only out a couple of bucks if I loose or break them. Overall they seem to be well made for the price. Magnification looks good. I've only got two real complaints so far. First is that the package arrived crushed, the actual product box, not the shipping package, though the glasses seem to have survived. Second is it did not include the storage sleeves, which would have been nice for carrying around or storage when not using. A third minor complaint is that I'm not certain about how good the tinted "sunglass" lenses are going to do, the shade seems off when looking through them. Of course wearing them instead of my regular prescription, I quickly realized I'm not going to be using them outside in the sun that much anyway. I'm sure there will be times that they prove handy, but not many.

They are very good and they fit inside my quest 3s with the eyeglass fitting inside the headset I’d buy. I’m gonna buy them a gear because I keep breaking them and losing them and scratching them. I would recommend these to anybody who needs reading glasses.

I like the fit of the glasses. Very comfortable. The UV protection is a nice feature. The problem with the glasses is that the arm of the glasses break very easily. Three of my glasses have broken just by falling on the ground. I will try another brand next time.

They are lightweight and durable. Suitable for female or male

I got the variety pack and wanted to love these: sleek, lightweight… and the 2 tinted pairs were super effective for outdoor use in the bright sun of Phoenix AZ. Yes - they are plastic lenses but seemed accurate as far as strength and blue light protection. The problem is the build - there is an extremely fragile point on the bridge that will snap all the way through with the slightest pressure. I had them in a shirt pocket and reached into my back seat to grab my notebook and snap! I didn’t put any weight on the chest pocket- my chest touched / brushed the front passenger seat. I figured just one of those things- my bad. Next I had a pair in my front pant pocket. No issues for weeks - walking, sitting, bending at the waist, getting up and down - no issues. Then one day I was sitting and rested my hand on my upper leg and the glasses in my right pocket immediately snapped. And the same thing happened the next day snap. I probably should’ve learned my lesson- but that is what I do with cheap readers- put them in my pocket. However I’ve never had 4 pair snap so easily at the exact same point within a few days. I am babying the remaining 2 tinted pair.
