2003 Honda XR250R
My factory fuel valve started leaking so I looked for a factory replacement and was almost ready to spend almost 30 dollars on it when I found this one I was unsure not buying a factory part but am so glad I gave it a chance this is an exact match to the factory in every way for my XR250R and fitted and worked perfect I’m so happy with it!!!

Leaks, oring too small, nipple too large see pics
See picturesThis was purchased for a1999 XR250r my other Honda bikes appear to use the same petcock (crf50,70,80 and 230)First problem: it leaks. This appears to be because the oring is too small. A thicker one would likely cure this issue.2nd problem. The nipple on the petcock is larger than the OEM or than the nipple coming from the carb. I was able to stretch fuel line over it but it was a pain.I will request to return for refund. It leaks worse than the original 20yesr old one.

Nice for the money
I had to drill out one of the holes a few mm but was able to make it work on a 1984 Honda trx200 plastic gas tank. So far so good and no more leak.

Leaks, and output orifice is much larger than the OEM part
The fuel valve arrived promptly and installed easily. Too easily in fact. The oring that seals with the tank was a bit undersized I would say. Overnight I get about 20 drips on the ground, enough to make the garage stink. If that was not annoying enough, the output of the valve is at least 1/16" larger and possibly 1/8" larger than the original. This is annoying because the fuel line that fits so nicely on the carb is quite smaller than the petcock. I had to play some trickery to get a fuel line to work. Finally, despite the fuel level in the tank, only "reserve" works. Nothing comes out on "on".

Leaks, wrong fuel line size
Placed this on a CRF 50 and it immediately leaked with the junction at the tank. Also the outlet from the petcock is greater in size than the stock fuel line.
