Perfect for men dealing with gynecomastia, measure your chest and buy the exact size. don't buy larger or smaller. In the first two days, you'll feel slight suffocation, but after that, it becomes comfortable. Wearing and removing it is tough, but manageable. The quality is good, and it effectively hides all gynecomastia and about 70% of side belly fats. It's not really effective for belly fat since it covers very little, but it's okay. It's superb for men with gynecomastia around stage 2-3 and side belly fat around the waist. I would buy more of this; it is really helpful.

This is my first day of wearing this vest. It won't make your Tummy vanish, but it witholds it tight that you won't feel your stomach to be fat and it helps to tuck the shirt very well. I know there are couple of reviews saying it's not helpful and not good, but i don't say their review is wrong as every one has their own experiences. So as per my experience with product i would definitely suggest to go for this as this help you to inshirt and look fit kind of feel. yeah there is slight margin of your tummy get inside as this is an elastic vest which made of spandex so there would be slight push from it, but the fat in side will be definitely pushed inside as its best can. I would suggest don't go with negative reviews, if you want to give a try, yeah go ahead and one final suggestion, Don't expect wearing this Vest will make you like the model shown in the images of the product and if you have big fatty stomach, then this might not give that great impression.
