The taste is wonderful. I like adding it to other teas, it pairs well with green and or peppermint. I did notice it being effective; a decent amount of mucus was expelled during use. I think I was hacking up more than usual. I quit vaping and smoking recently before use, and I think it did in fact lessen the mucus content in my lungs. I really liked this tea I think it is quality. If you’re looking to quit smoking and you want a tea to help detox you, I’d recommend this one.

I had high hopes for the FreshDrinkUS StrongerLungs Tea, especially with all the great ingredients like mullein, elderberry, ginger, and thyme. It sounds like a powerhouse blend on paper, but in reality, it just didn’t live up to the hype. To its credit, the tea has a nice, smooth texture and goes down easily—pleasant enough to sip. But beyond that, I noticed no real effectiveness. I drank it consistently and felt no improvement in breathing, congestion relief, or sense of lung cleanliness. The overall quality felt sub-par, from the flavor to the results—it simply didn’t deliver on its promises. Even my energy levels felt exactly the same after drinking it—no noticeable boost or uplifting feeling at all. 3 stars for being caffeine-free and easy to drink, but not really worth the money given the lack of results, underwhelming quality, and overall ineffectiveness.

I drank this for a week straight (coughed up some nasty lookin stuff) but man did my lungs feel good! 🍃 I tastes good too!
