Perfectly Simple
Exactly what I wanted - nice looking white with simple features and no answering machine. Easy to navigate to the various features.

Simple and basic, great for the price
Happy with the phone system, I bought it as a replacement for an older AT&T set that was having some issues. My basic needs are met with ringer and sound quality. My only complaint so far is that the handsets do not stand upright unless they are in their base. As I'm going through my day I carry the phone around with me while I'm doing things around the house and it has to lay on its back without the base, which means I can't see the screen with caller ID without walking over and picking it up each time. I guess my old cordless system spoiled me because the handsets could stand on their own with a flat bottom and I could glimpse the screen from across the room!

Sold a phone that doesn’t work!
We were sold a previously opened product that was returned! We believe it was returned because the base will not turn on when plugged in. Second phone shows no connection to base and primary phone will not charge

Great Phone all Around
I got this phone as a replacement for an old Panasonic phone. Its functionality and design are greatly improved. It was easy to set up. The sound is great. I love its special features - call waiting, blocking unwanted calls, phonebook, and the option to adjust the sound volume. Setting up the primary phone automatically sets up the secondary phone with identical features. The intercom allows calling people in other parts of the house. No more running upstairs or hollering. We love it! I'm glad I bought an updated version of a similar Panasonic phone that served us well for many years.
