Sofrito Rustic Spanish Tomato Sauce

I love to cook Spanish and Basque food but sometimes the ingredients are tough to find where I live. I have never seen Sofrito sauce in stores. This sauce elevates my cooking to a whole . new level. I used the first jar I purchased in a Spanish potato soup. It made such a difference I bought two more jars. I will be a steady customer for sure.
