Pre programmed but…..
Pre programmed but you still need a TPMS relearn tool. And you need to have all four new sensors installed to re-learn. It’s only been a week so hopefully they last another 5 years.

These sensors originally worked fine, but after a couple of months they stopped working properly. Now I have to order others and remove these and pay for replacements and pay again for install the new ones.
