Fast delivery. Ordered it the 4th and had it on the 6th. Was easy to set up and get running. Getting used to Windows 11 after years of Windows 7. I'm totally satisfied with my purchase. Don't count on HP support is a total joke if you need them.

So easy to setup and the price was right on.
This computer was so easy to set up. I was able to do it myself and I am not computer literate. I was able to copy most of my downloads, pictures, bookmarks, etc. with a USB stick. The problems I have encountered are when I remove the USB stick, my downloads disappear, so I have to plug it back in, which is most likely user error. I am not familiar with some of the programs, so I'm kind of stuck there as well. But I will get it figured out sooner or later. So far, I am loving the speed, size, and graphics.

Horrible
Got the computer today. Plugged everything up then when I hit the power button the screen instantly turns white,red,blue,green, and black. I sat on the phone even video chat with hp trying to troubleshoot the computer for a hr and 45 mins all for them to say you have a faulty computer. Then they say well we can send it off for repair it will be ten days. Why would I repair a brand new computer? That won’t be happening. I’ll just pack it back up and send it off and get my refund. What a waste. This product gets ZERO STARS!
