Product not loved by my cat - but product as described works well

Did not work, ordered in UK but have to return to USA !?!!?
I ordered two of these, one arrived in working order but the other did not work. I opened a return case only to find out that the return depot is in USA. Not worth returning as I have to pay for the return costs but also annoying that one has arrived and is faulty and not much I can do about it.

How Annoying!
Our cats have absolutely no interest in this, and if you happen to kick it whilst it's on the floor, the cheeping sounds are deeply irritating - a waste of money.

My cat loves this toy! It nurtures her hunting instincts and I can leave her to play with it for ages. Will definitely recommend to other friends who are cat lovers. Thank you!

This has been a go-to toy for my cats over the years. Even one of my dogs preferred it to all her toys. Even with almost constant use, the battery lasted several years. It did get a little quieter during the last year of battery life, but it still loud enough to be heard through the house. We bought new one when we adopted a new kitten. He, like all the ones before him, immediately started swatting it across the floor, pouncing on it, and racing through the house with it in his mouth. It has been several months and still loves his Chickadee.
