EDIT: The seller contacted me and refunded me. Very good customer service, they clear about their willingness to refund and make it easy to do so. The bags that worked did their job well and the vacuumn made things easy. The vacuumn works great but most bags I received are defective. They intake air immediately after using the vacuumn. I think that the valves are not sealed well with the plastic and thus there are holes. The quality control on the bags is terrible. The vacuumn is also very loud. Which would had been fine had the bags worked. Wish I could return, unfortunately I am without transportation and thus no access to return centers. 0/10 do not buy. Absolute waste of your money.

I always thought the vacuum was a waste of money and looked for options without it. I was wrong! This little vacuum is much more convenient that dealing with a vacuum cleaner. Handy little guy. And the new twist vacuum ports are great! No more lost caps! These bags are great.

It's great for storage, I love that it comes with an electric mini pump so I don't need to use my vacuum or hand pump. I put my winter duvet in a jumbo sized bag, duvet cover in a medium / large (not quite sure) and it squished it down to like a flat pillow. Definitely does what it advertised. When I did take out the duvet to use it 4 months later, my gosh, it has this funny chemical smell. Note to make sure to wash / air it out after you take it out of the bag. (both of my items were put in after it's been cleaned). So these bags are definitely not bpa free, and I don't know what other forever chemical would be there. If you don't care for it, that's fine; but if you buy organic cotton bedsheets etc, just a warning of the smell. Also - the bags are quite thin, it feels like it could rip easily. I haven't try to reusing them yet. Would it stop me from using it? I'm not sure. My duvet cover smells, and it's too late in the night for me to wash it now.

I am happy with the bags, which are heavy and produce a complete seal. However, I bought this product because of the enclosed pump. The pump included in my order does not work. I tried plugging it into every electrical outlet in my USA house; nothing. Heavy storage bags without the pump could have been purchased for less.

Purchased these for travel and clothing storage. They're great! Easy to use. No leaks. Small pump is lightweight and efficient. Tough bags which hold a vacuum perfectly. Liked them so much I ordered some large size bags for bedding storage. Highly recommend.

These worked incredibly well on our vacation. They’re the perfect size for a carry-on. If you are on the fence about getting the little pump, get the little pump. It is a miracle. I have bought other bags that leaked, but these worked really well.
