I have to bake gluten free muffins at least twice a week for a member of my family who has celiac disease and these muffin pans are lightweight and easy to clen.

I've used this product three times already, all for muffin recipes. Very easy to clean by hand or in dishwasher. I did not use muffin cups, and did lightly oil each muffin location. My muffins were easy to remove from the pan. Even cooking and no warpage of the pan at either 400 deg F or 450 deg F. I'm glad I purchased this muffin pan.
