IcyBreeze is the worlds first personal, portable air conditioner and  cooler designed to keep you and your drinks cool anywhere life takes  you. The two-in-one IcyBreeze utilizes cold water in the bottom of the  tub to serve as a cooling agent. The IcyBreeze does not contain freon,  nor does it produce exhaust heat, so it can be used indoors or outdoors.  The IcyBreeze can dispense cold, dry air up to 35 degrees below the  outside temperature; the three speed fan produces currents up to 25 mph,  providing maximum cooling relief. The IcyBreeze is perfect for campers,  boaters, recreational sports, family sports, pilots, surveillance  professionals, and tailgaters. Discover more great uses for a personal portable air conditioner. You can have a  cold drink in your hand AND a cold breeze on your face wherever you go.  Need we say more? Simply fill the IcyBreeze cooler with ice and a little  water. Turn it on, and point the breeze in the direction of your  choice. Not needing A/C this time? Turning off the fan doesnt change it  back into any old ice chest; when not running the air conditioning, The  Icybreeze can keep your ice solid for up to 7 days, so no more  mid-afternoon ice runs for all day events!

I use it for stake outs in Miami as you can’t leave your vehicle running when working undercover
For all y’all complaining about the ice not lasting that long. Use blocked ice people. Then add the bagged ice on top of that. Y’all must not be fishermen huh. Solid squares of ice will last damn near all day. Get your mommas Tupperware out. Get the big square one you use to put the cornbread in for Sunday bbq at memas.

It turned out to be worth it.
I was skeptical going in paying this much for something the internet says I can build myself for a fraction of the cost. When you look into it, the one's you can make yourself are nothing like this beast and won't likely work anywhere near as well either. The Icybreeze works great. Block ice works best. The only complaint I have is that after opening the drain plug just 3 times, the plastic attachment snapped off. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, because overall it's very well made, sturdy and works really well cooling indoors or outdoors.

Awesome product. Must have for those who do outside Art Shows!
Awesome product. My husband and I do Art Fairs and I do not tolerate heat well. We bought this product to help cool our tent. It was 94 this past weekend and I was a happy camper with our IcyBreeze keeping me cool. It really pumps out cold air!! It was easy to use and I would highly recommend to others who must endrure the heat outdoors. We bought the basic model and had it plugged into a portable battery, we kept extra ice in a separate cooler as our days at the Art Show were 12 hr. days. I especially like the flexible hose that I could point at my face when out in the direct sun. If you camp or do outdoor Art/Craft shows this is a lifesaver!!! Thank you for making this awesome product.

Very Clever idea !
The colder you keep the water at the bottom with ice The better it works, I keep the fan on low and keep it as close as possible, Thank you good product.

Definitely cools a small area and the airflow is crisp but prepare to spend $5 to $10 per hour on ice as the ice is rapidly used up. Once the ice is melted the unit is not as good at producing cold air in hot areas and more ice is needed. At a tailgating event we used 10 -22lb bags of ice over 6 hours to constantly produce cold air. The product is way way to expensive for what you get. Id say if you could purchase the cooler for $150 range it might be worth it but considering you have to purchase for far more and use $25 to $50 of ice each time you use it. Wasn't my best purchase.

BLOWS colds but not meant for hussle and bouncing around in yard truck
not exactly what I expected. I thought it came with a plug to plug into wall but it just had ac adaptor.for a 12 hr day I would need 100lbs of ice to keep it running in my work truck.(no AC and outside temps were high 90s and 105 inside truck. so thats an excessive heat example. It does blow cold air with ice in bottom, but melts very quickly and sloshes around and leaks out of sides. not meant for what i used it for

I like the concept but it needs some tweeking mostly the fan and perhaps the radiator. The fan is too small to move the air to cool any space. I would recommend increasing the size of the radiator a little and designing it to accommodate a squirrel cage fan like is in the automobile heating systems.
