Fantastic supplement overall! I've been using it for a couple of months and have really felt the benefits — better mood, smoother skin, and a nice energy boost. I did my first bone density and was told my bones are fragile (hip, forearms). I was going for surgery and a nurse told me about K2 D3 together, so I purchased. I had to do another bone density test bc I was having another surgery (C3 & C4). Surgeon wanted to do a replacement but depending on by bone density test it was going to be fused or replacement. My bone density was a big improvement so I was able to get the replacement. I also have RA, and my doctor told me I had improved 17%. I don't know 100 percent that these vitamins helped, but I will take the win on these.

So far so good. I like that if I only want to take 5000 then I can just do it with one pill and not having to worry about splitting a pill. Like the fact the coconut oil is included for absorption. Update: I’ve been outdoors a lot this summer. I cut back on. intake and did one every other day. My blood work came back and vit d level is perfect, in the normal range a just a tad under the exact middle range. My medical provider told me to keep doing what I have been doing. I will continue to use this supplement.

I am a bariatric surgery patient I had the rny gastric 4/15/25 n take vitimins n wanted to add a ns3 n K2 so I stumbled bacroas these n figure I'd try it .. and so far I haven't had any digestive issues? The pill is a small gel cap so it's easy to swallow ..I will definitely try another bottle after this one ..you do get 300 capsules n take 2 a day so they are a great value
