Portable radio
Great Little radio! Comes in clear I used it while I was on vacation to serenade my parrot! The batteries lasted a couple of days I was gone, and the person that took care of my bird thought it was funny.

Emergency radio
Just put batteries in it and works perfectly. Good source for emergencies. Is really light and sounds loud for a small radio. I just have it for an emergency so dont know how battery life last while is on.

Worth the low cost!
This is a very inexpensive radio but I was surprised that the reception was good as well as the sound. Well worth what I paid.

Poor tuner and no back lighting for use in the dark
Just awful. Struggles to tune in prominent radio stations. Forget using it in the dark. There is no backlight for the tuner.

An impossibly good deal!
For this price just buy it! With its blue tuner display, flashlight, and shortwave features it beats the value out of most others. The DSP chip works great and picks up stations quite well. The audio tone is clear and bright, with plenty of volume it will play considerably louder than many other pocket radios operating on 2 AA batteries. Only tiny gripe is there is a small amount of play in the tuner linkage but that doesn't stop it from being great!
