I'm not sure if this is the case with all of these dip belts, but I used it to hang five 25 kg plates on it for a hip goblet squat workout 5 times since I've bought it and it still did not break. I also attempted doing dips with four 25 kg plates and it didn't break for that workout either. I figured that if the belt breaks, then I'll just buy another one, but mine has not broken yet, despite having it for over a month and hanging over 125 kg on it multiple times. Also, if you use lbs to measure weight, 125 kg = 275 lbs.

This dip belt is perfect . Great price and it’s gets the job done . I tried it with a 45lb plate Multiple times no ripping or tears . It’s more comfortable wearing with a shirt or wear it over a ab (sweat) belt if you like to work out shirtless

Went with the white camo, supports two 45lbs plates well. Haven't loaded more than that yet.

Bought this belt for my wife. She’s an avid body builder. Works well for her. Chain is a little suspect. I worry a little when she goes heavy weight doing dips. But in its defense it has held so far.

I had high hopes for this product based on reviews. But unfortunately, when I loaded about 100lbs on its for dips, the large D ring snapped right after I finished my set. This belt needs a stronger and longer chain.

Great belt! Came with 2 chains. One is large enough to go around a 45-lb plate, so the 2nd just sits in my gym bag.
