These extensions work with all other OP/Tech pieces that use the same connectors.I've heavily used a variety of OP/TECH straps and a dual harness for years and never had a hardware failure. The stuff just works and is sturdy, reliable, and durable. One of the first OP/TECH straps I became the owner of was the "free" camera strap Canon Professional Services gives members the first time they join at the "Gold" or "Platinum" level. Although it carries the CPS logo on the strap's pad, it's an OP/TECH product as evidenced by the OP/TECH logo on the plastic quick connectors between the pad and the strap ends.I love the modular way OP/TECH pieces can be interchanged to create the exact configuration one wants.I love the low prices of the various bits and pieces, such as these extensions, that allows one to customize their rig without breaking the bank. Other strap/sling companies want to charge an arm and a leg for a simple proprietary connector to customize their products.I love the way most OP/TEch connectors attach to the camera's strap lugs, rather than to the tripod socket on the bottom of the camera. With many setups, this provides redundancy. Although I've never had an OP/TECH piece of hardware fail, I have failed to be sure and click a connector all the way in a time or two. The redundancy allowed by having two connectors attached to the camera saved it and the lens attached to it from falling to the ground!I love the overall low price, compared to many other similar products, of the OP/TECH gear.I love the way OP/TECH products are well made and won't wear out with heavy use.The one thing I'm not thrilled about are the way the plastic quick connectors rattle and that they're not the most comfortable things to deal with when they are near your hands operating the camera's controls. But that is the price one must pay to have the flexibility of moving the camera quickly from one type of setup to another, so I live with it. One can use longer strap ends without the quick connectors near the camera end, but that reduces the flexibility of attaching the camera to different straps and harnesses in different ways.

I've been a big fan of OP/TECH for years, and have a couple of their camera straps. These extensions let me wear my cameras crossbody and easily swap the straps between cameras. When I want to go strap-free, they are easy to remove as well. Right now, I use their straps on a DSLR, an SLR, a rangefinder, and a 6 pound medium format camera. These extensions give me a lot of options on how to carry these cameras.Just be warned that quick release buckles come in dozens of shapes and sizes, so if you aren't using OP/TECH equipment, there is a very good chance these won't fit.

I bought the wrong size which is no fault to the company but I will still leave a review because it is durable.

I am 6' 3" and most camera straps are just short for me, I like a strap do hang a little lower then my belt line on the side I do not like cameras on my chest or belly.. I have 4 OP/TECH straps and they needed to be lengthened just a tad, this extension fit the bill perfectly .. Plus they are adjustable..

Pretty much as described, straps are a bit on the cheap side.

Product does not fit properly for standard helmet.

Bought because it was stated that it was a standard size for a fanny pack. It was not, we could not use them. Sitting in a drawer unused. :(

There is absolutely no reason to leave this less than a 5 star review, so don't be off put by the poor review rating. People leave bad reviews for this because they have no clue what they are buying. This is not some "generic" extension strap, this is an extension meant to be used with OP/Tech straps, and for that this works perfect. Now instead of only having a OP/Tech neck strap, I also have a sling strap as well!

Las compré para combinarlas con un gancho táctico y con ambos poder fijar mi paraguas grande a mi sistema de riñoneras para no llevarlo más en las manos. Me las imaginaba un poquito más gruesas, pero esta era mi perspectiva, aún así son muy útiles, ningun reproche. Las recomiendo

Son para ampliar la longitud de los arneses que fabrica esta marca para cámaras fotográficas y para prismáticos de observación de aves o naturaleza. Lo uso para transportar cámaras fotográficas DSLR y prismaticos ligeros o pesados de las mejores marcas. En las cámaras sobre todo pongo los conectores más cortos de la marca para que si las monto en un trípode no estorben las correas. Luego, si la tengo que transportar en bandolera o colgada del cuello, conecto instantáneamente la banda que va al cuello o al hombro junto con estas correas de extensión ajustadas a la longitud que convenga.Las ventajas de esta marca son calidad, seguridad y comodidad, esta última sobre todo cuando hay que pasar horas caminando o de pie con la cámara y objetivos, o con los prismáticos. No adjunto fotos, toda la serie está suficientemente descrita en la web y los vídeos de OP/TECH.

Bought this to add length to an OP/TECH1501372 Pro Loop strap for a camera. The strap as it came was not long enough to put on one shoulder and sling across my chest for anti theft protection and still be able to bring the camera to my eye easily while still wearing the strap. With these extenders I can now do that, and there is enough combined adjustability in the strap and the extenders to get just the right length. they seem to be strong and the connectors seem to be secure enough to give me confidence that the camera will stay securely on. A bit pricey, (as always once you are tied into a system the manufacturer can charge a lot for accessories) but certainly does the job well.

Ich habe mir die Verlängerungsstücke gekauft, weil ich ein Video über einen Lowe pro Rucksack gesehen habe bei dem dieses Gurtsystem angewendet wurde. Dieses Verlängerungsstück benutzt man, wenn die Kamera tiefer hängen soll, so in Bauchnähe, ohne hängt sie in Brusthöhe. Ich habe auch noch mehrere Teile gekauft, einmal für die Befestigung am Rucksack und die Befestigung für die Kamera. Bin sehr begeistert über das OP/Tech System. Würde es jederzeit wieder kaufen.
