I was nervous that I didn't order enough. There are 3 packs of hair per bag so i ordered 3 bags - 9 packs of hair. And it was enough. I have thick hair and usually need more hair than most. But this was great. They even include a crochet stick and some clips in each bag, which was nice since my hair dresser's crochet stick broke halfway through. I would definitely order this brand again.

The braids provide good coverage without heaviness even with the 10 packs of hair I used. It was a nice touch that a crochet needle, hair clips and colored metal hair cuffs were included with each 3-pack. The hair handles being washed well without any frizz. I contacted their Customer Service when the ombre color was sold out and they were quick to respond and respectable. I am definitely going to continue to buy these braids.

This is not the item I received. I received a "twist out" wig and a letter asking for a positive review in exchange for the 3 bundles of hair I initially purchased. The wig is cute - but I don't wear them and my preference at the moment is for the single braids I thought I ordered. I am very disappointed with this item.
